Tubular Screw Conveyor
Tubular screw conveyors and feeders are highly versatile systems designed to handle the transport of powder and granular materials efficiently. These conveyors are custom engineered based on the type of material, conveying distance, and required capacity.
A tubular screw conveyor consists of one or more inlet and outlet spouts, flanges at each end, a helicoid screw flight welded onto a central pipe with coupling bushes, and end bearing assemblies with self-adjusting shaft seals. Depending on the overall length, intermediate hanger bearings may also be provided.
These conveyors are widely used in the food, chemical, polymer, and other industrial applications due to their compact design, enclosed construction, and reliable performance.
